For more than 10 years Kraig Labs has contracted with one of the largest global providers of web hosting services to host the Company's web content.  On Monday morning, that provider suffered a total mechanical failure of the server that was dedicated to hosting all of Kraig Labs' website content.  Over the last 72 hours, their technical support team as successfully recovered all of our data stored on that server.  They are currently working to readdress the site's IP addresses and restart the supporting services needed to bring the sites back online.  That process is taking longer than they initially estimated, but we are working closely with them and monitoring their progress by the hour.  

This server failure at our hosting provided has no impact on any of the Company's internal operations or communications.  We are all still busy at work bringing the next generation of textiles to market.
